As a former-practicing attorney, I know life in the legal profession can be an obstacle to getting or staying in shape. Law & Motion offers personal training and wellness coaching to attorneys as well as other desk-centric professionals.
Rather than a “one size fits all” workout routine, clients receive one-on-one coaching that meets them at their current level and addresses their specific needs. This includes taking into account the limited time they may have to spend in the gym. The focus is on realistic, achievable fitness milestones: lose weight, improve posture, gain better movement habits, reduce nagging aches and pains, and feel fitter, stronger, and healthier! Whether you’re an experienced athlete with an established workout routine who is looking to try something new, a semi-regular gym-goer who is looking to learn more or jump start a stagnant routine, or are brand new to exercise altogether, I’m excited to work with you toward greater fitness and well-being.

I currently train clients at StudioMix on Van Ness Avenue convenient to the Civic Center and Financial District. For my clients who like to train outside the gym, I design workouts doable in any of several beautiful outdoor locations throughout the city. And if you have a home gym and prefer a more private workout experience, I am also available for in-home sessions.
