If you struggle with poor posture, Law & Motion can help! During our personal training sessions we will use basic movements to identify static and dynamic posture faults. From there, we’ll collaborate on a custom program that includes corrective exercise strategies and mobility drills to inhibit and lengthen overactive muscles, activate short or under-active muscles, work to restore normal range of motion in joints and tissue sliding surfaces, and finally, use functional exercises to integrate and solidify the improved movement patterns.

If that sounds like a lot, don’t be intimidated! Improving posture through exercise and habit development can be fun. It just takes commitment, some guidance, and the decision to get started! Email lawandmotionfitness@gmail.com.
