The Wall Street Journal recently published an important article discussing the effect of work-from-home ergonomics on our bodies: https://www.wsj.com/articles/working-from-home-is-taking-a-toll-on-our-backs-and-necks-11589398420.

Working from the couch or your favorite easy-chair can wreak havoc on your body, where it’s easy to slouch into a comfortable but poor posture. Resist the urge to slump by finding a chair or a position on the edge of the couch that forces you to sit up straight, your pelvis neutral (not tilted forward or backward), and your back flat. And take frequent breaks to stand up, walk around, pull your shoulders back, and raise your arms up over your head a few times. Your body will thank you!
